What kind of items can I expect in Sassy Box?

Our team has tailored each monthly box with you in mind and will allow anyone at any comfort level to be able to explore their body with excitement and ease. We choose the best, high-quality products that will satisfy any person at any level of their sexuality. You can expect 3 to 5 full-size premium sex toys, stimulation creams, lubes, bath and body products along with other sexual arousing items. You’ll also receive a card explaining how each product works and how it can stimulate you sexually.

When will I get my first box?

New orders will ship immediately within 1-5 business days from your order date. Renewal boxes will be shipped on the 1st of the following month. Shipping is always free and shipped priority mail through the USPS, currently shipping in the U.S. only. We know you’re excited to receive your Sassy Box, so once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your box.

Will my Sassy Box be shipped discreetly?

YES! Your box will be marked and shipped from TP3 LLC, keeping Sassy Box discreet.

How am I billed?

New Subscribers: When you sign up for Sassy Box on or before the 16th day of the month, you will be charged immediately and your first box will be shipped within 1 to 5 days. You will be charged again on the 16th of the month, prior to shipping the following month’s box.

If you sign up after the 16th day of the month you will receive the upcoming month’s box and be charged again on the 16th day of the next month as an existing subscriber.

Existing Subscribers: Renewals are processed on the 16th day of each month.

Your payment will be always be processed by TP3 LLC and will appear as such on your credit card/payment statement.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, but we’d hate to see you go. Monthly cancellation requests must be received by the 15th calendar day of the month prior to the next delivery. If you’ve already been billed for the current month your cancellation will take effect on the next month’s billing cycle. To cancel you will login into your account, click manage subscriptions located on the top left, you can cancel your subscription from here.  We are not able to issue refunds on boxes.

How do I update my billing information?

  1. Log in and visit your Account Settings
  2. Click “Payment Details”, you’ll be able to modify a saved card or add a new one
  3. Click save

What is your return and refund policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of the products and for health and safety reasons. 

Do you ship Internationally?

No not at this time. Currently we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Do I need to sign up each month to get my new box?

No, all subscriptions will automatically renew so that you get the next month’s box without interruption always discreetly delivered.

How do I participate in the rewards program?

We make it easy, create your account and start earning points.

What do I get for redeeming my points?

You can redeem your points for discounts on upcoming boxes.

How do I redeem my points?

At check out so be sure to check what you have in your account so you can apply discounts to any upcoming box. Discounts cannot be combined on multiple orders

Do I have to register or enroll for promotions?

No, just create your account and you're automatically enrolled, that’s all it takes.

When will the points show up in my account?

Your points will show up in your account monthly and your referral points will be added to your account when your referral friend has placed their first order.

Do my points expire?

No, your points never expire.
