Shipping Policy

All Orders:

Orders ship Monday through Friday only, regardless of service.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following business day, excluding holidays. Sassy Box will fulfill your order in a reasonable manner, usually within 24 hours. 
We offer FREE standard flat rate shipping on all orders over $69 (Contiguous U.S. Only).  Shipping is calculated on total cost before added tax and shipping charges. 
All orders are assigned a tracking number that will be sent to you via email once your order has processed and been shipped. 

For DHL Service:  Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday to Friday will usually ship by the next business day. Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. (Not a guaranteed service)

For UPS Service:  Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday to Friday will usually ship the next business day. Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. (Not a guaranteed service)

Tracked Shipping: All orders have tracked shipping.  Your tracking code will be sent in your email confirmation you receive once your order has been processed.

Tracking Your Packages:

You may not be able to track your package(s) right away. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information.

We are excited for you to receive your package however, due to COVID-19, we are seeing delayed processing, aka fulfillment, and transit delays for all packages and shipping methods. All carriers from USPS, UPS, and DHL continue to have slower transit times due to increased volume and lower staffing to continue operating while adhering to CDC guidelines.

NOTE:  UPS, DHL and the USPS have suspended all 2-Day Air and Next Day Air Delivery Guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination which could possibly affect your delivery date.

International DHL Shipping Exceptions: International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on U.S. holidays, which might delay your order. (Not a guaranteed service)

International DHL Standard/Priority Delivery:  Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. (Not a guaranteed service)

Discreet Shipping:  All packages will be shipped in non-descript  boxes or envelopes. Sassy Box will not appear on the box or envelope, keeping your package-private and discreet.  Packages will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 1 business day of placing your order.

Discreet Billing:  Your Sassy Box charges will appear on your payment statement as payments made to TP3 LLC.  

Missing or Lost Parcels:  

Sassy Box is not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels considered missing or lost.Sassy Box is not responsible for missing shipped packages due to incorrect information you entered when you placed your order. Please double check that you have provided us with the correct address before finalizing your order. We cannot change or update an address once the item is in transit.

International Orders: 
Shipping rates can vary by country.  We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Please be aware of any laws in your area which could affect the timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for items that the authorities confiscate. We cannot be held accountable for items that are considered illegal in your place of residence. If a package is returned due to improper address or inability to deliver, there may be an additional charge to have the package re-shipped.

What kind of packaging does my order come in?
All orders are shipped in nondescript boxes or envelopes.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process your order immediately after you place your order. Because orders go into processing immediately, we cannot change or cancel an order once submitted.
